ISO CMMI Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ISO CMMI Compliance Manager professional to be responsible for overseeing our organization's adherence to both ISO standards (like ISO 9001) and the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework, ensuring that our processes and practices align with the requirements of both sets of standards to maintain quality and continuous improvement across operations; essentially managing compliance with both international quality standards and a process improvement model. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing compliance strategies: Creating a comprehensive plan to achieve and maintain compliance with both ISO and CMMI standards, including defining procedures, metrics, and audit processes. 

• Conducting gap analysis: Identifying areas where current practices fall short of the required standards and developing action plans to bridge those gaps. 

• Training and awareness:

Educating employees at all levels on ISO and CMMI requirements, best practices, and compliance procedures. 

• Internal auditing:

Performing regular audits to assess compliance with ISO and CMMI standards, identifying non-conformances, and initiating corrective actions. 

• Managing compliance documentation: Maintaining records of compliance activities, including audit reports, corrective actions, and process improvements.

• Liaising with external auditors: Coordinating with accredited certification bodies during ISO and CMMI assessments, addressing any concerns raised during audits. 

• Reporting to leadership: Providing regular updates to senior management on compliance status, potential risks, and improvement initiatives.

Java Software Developer

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Location: Chantilly or McLean, VA

Status: Open/Funded

The Full Stack Developer will contribute to a team in the development of software and specialized utility programs. The Full Stack Developer will play a key role in analyzing user needs and support in the development of software solutions for customer use.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Developing and maintaining high-performing applications
• Accountable for major projects and will develop detailed and robust      design, code, test, and implement proposed systems
• Developing technical solutions, and documenting the solution      architecture and design using standard design tools
• Analyze and design databases within an application area, working      individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Design, implement, or customize software for client use with the aim      of optimizing operational efficiency.
• Creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using      software development best practices and coding standards (i.e. software      reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure      development, Test Driven Development, static code analysis, peer/code review)

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience and certifications      required.
• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in development, design, and solution      implementation.
• Full-stack software development experience with Java and JEE      technologies with detailed understanding of user interface frameworks and back-end software architecture interactions.
• Strong design and development experience of Microservices and      Restful API in an AWS and Docker platform.
• Experience with container (e.g. Docker) build and deployment and      with PostgreSQL and other various AWS RDS databases
• Hands-on experience with one or more frameworks such as AngularJS,      jQuery, ReactJS, and Express/Node.js
• Experience working on Agile projects and strong knowledge of Agile      terminology, being part of a dynamic, highly-independent Scrum team      following the standard Scrum ceremonies in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript,      TypeScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills in providing technical direction and hands-on software development to include design, development, and testing. The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential.

Senior Full Stack Developer

Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

Location: Chantilly or McLean, VA

Status: Open/Funded

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work with our IC customer in Northern VA. The senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with other government and contractor staff to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application.
• Provide development and O&M support for a production Java application with an Oracle backend and Tomcat/JBoss application server during core working hours and non-core working hours as needed to meet mission needs.
• Provide development support to re-engineer an application front-end using React.
• Provide support which will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications/requirements provided by the system owner.
• Assist in supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development.

As a Full Stack Developer position can support hybrid work schedule.  The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these policies and react accordingly as policies change over time.
